Obituary for Thomas Dale Daniel


ROCKPORT, IN – Thomas Dale Daniel, 75, of Rockport, passed away on February 18, 2018, at his home.
Thomas was born on November 5, 1942
to the late Ithiel and Opal (Cline) Daniel.
Thomas retired from Whirlpool Corporation on March 27, 2004 after 38 years of service. He is an I.U.E. Life Member of the Local 808, a member of the Rockport Gospel Mission Church.
Thomas is survived by his wife of 52 years, Kathryn Kay Daniel; his daughter Alisha George, of Rogers, AR; his son, Byron Daniel of Rockport, IN; Eight grandchildren, Aaron George, Katelyn Eden, Kayla Weber, Kemberley Bell, Racheal George, Brenna Daniel, Brandon George, and Jesse George; one great grandchild, Kayden Bell; two brothers, Jerry Daniel and Roger Daniel; a sister, Patty Shields.
Services are Friday, February 23, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with Pastor Tim Coomer officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Rockport Gospel Mission Church or Spencer County Hospice.
