Obituary for Clyde T. Moran

Clyde T. Moran, 93, of Hatfield, IN passed away peacefully on March 26, 2018 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Rockport, IN. He is now reunited with his beloved wife of 69 years, Elnora, who passed away on 8-26-13.
Clyde was born April 28, 1924 to the late Ernest D. and Frances Moran in Kuttuwa, KY.
He retired from Alcoa in 1986, where he worked for 23 years. As a member of the Hatfield Baptist Church he served as a Deacon and Trustee for many years. One of his greatest pleasures was fishing for crappie at Kentucky Lake. He also enjoyed raising his garden, sharing with family and neighbors.
To always love and honor his memory are his children: Sandi (Tony) Moran of Goose Creek, SC., David (Bobbi) Moran of Newburgh, IN., Phyllis (Steve) Siddons of Hudson, FL., Tommye (Mark) Matthews of Rockport, IN., and Kent Moran of Hatfield, IN., 11 Grandchildren, 25 Great-grandchildren, and 4 Great-great Grandchildren.
Our family wishes to give a special thanks for the love and care he received from his many angels at Miller’s Merry Manor and Heart to Heart Hospice of Jasper, IN.
Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 30, 2018, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, IN., with Pastor James Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in James Parker Cemetery in Hatfield, IN. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home.
Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Heart to Heart Hospice.
